Bakerella?

Since I knew I wasn't going to see the boyfriend yesterday I put off making his Valentine's treats until tonight. The plan was to make these Oreo truffles. Everything was going perfectly fine until the grocery store didn't have the proper chocolate coating and I decided to just melt white chocolate chips instead. It's not the same. The chocolate just drips off. It was very frustrating, but I think I solved the problem by smothering them in Oreo crumbs so you can't tell how thin the chocolate is...we'll see when I take them off the sheet tomorrow I suppose. Worst case scenario I'll just have to make a Magnolia run.
